Our Man Roland press reproduces great looking, registered color economically and our crew provides great customer service.
We can print 16 Broadsheet pages in full color and 8 with a bright red spot color in one press run as two sections. We can print up to 64 tabloid pages in one press run with 16 pages using spot red.
We keep several papers in stock: 22 inch, 23 inch, 25 inch, 27 inch, 30 inch, 32 and 34 inches wide in 27#, 34# and 45# in newsprint and bright white.
Our press is well cared for. We replaced and upgraded the electronic controls during January of 2016. Each year we repair or replace a set of print cylinders as well so that we can maintain the quality our customers have come to expect.
We print up to 50,000 copies of a single section newspaper in an hour, so we have capacity for long run products. We can also print smaller quantity papers inexpensively because our start up waste is minimal.
Folding is done with one of our two folders as the press is running. Quarter folding is accomplished on press as well.
Single section papers and up to 4 section papers can be printed in one press run depending on total number of pages required and how they are set up.
Our inserting room has two inserting machines for normal use and another inserting machine that is set up to handle oversized papers.
We have a booklet maker, so we can print and bind booklets. Sizes range from 10×13 to 6×10.5. Putting a gloss cover on a booklet with high bright paper inside is one of our specialties.
Files can be transferred via FTP, Dropbox or Google Drive depending on your preference.

We offer Sticky Note application and printing, Single sheet insert printing, whether gloss or non gloss and inserting. Delivery to your site is included in the pricing.
